PanglossTech respects and values the privacy of
its customers and visitors. No private information will be shared or sold to any third

purposes. The only e-mails you will receive from PanglossTech are information regarding
orders, as well as notification of any updates to the specific products that
you have purchased.
PayPal is the authorized payment gateway for
PanglossTech. The policies of PayPal may be obtained
during checkout or at the PayPal website.
Cookies and Javascript must be enabled for the correct processing of orders and are not
used for other purposes.
PanglossTech orders will be processed within three
(3) business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends and
holidays.
Orders shipped to the USA are shipped via UPS Ground (1-5 business days).
International orders are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail
(6-10 business days).
Please be sure to choose the correct shipping location or your order cannot be processed
correctly.

The shipment should arrive within 2-3 business days for US shipments and 6-10 business
days for Non-US shipments.
PanglossTech products may be
returned within two weeks of receipt. A Returned Merchandise Autorization (RMA)
must be obtained prior to return of the product. Refund of the purchase price will
be completed upon receipt of the returned product by
PanglossTech.

Product shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. Damage during
shipping is the responsibility of the shipper and claims for such damage must be directed
to the shipper. Products should be inspected upon receipt to determine any damage.
